Privacy Policy
This policy explains what WurifyPeak processes when you create an account, upload a video, paste a YouTube link, generate clips, or contact support.
Data We Process
- Account details such as email, name, workspace membership, authentication provider and plan status.
- Uploaded videos, YouTube links, generated clips, thumbnails, face-track metadata, subtitles and transcripts needed to provide the product.
- Operational logs, job status, errors, notification events and security metadata used to run and protect the service.
- Support messages sent to WurifyPeak by email.
How We Use Data
We use the data to authenticate users, process videos, generate clips and subtitles, maintain workspaces, troubleshoot jobs, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
Third Parties
WurifyPeak may use infrastructure, email, authentication and video-processing providers. Public pages load Google Fonts, and Google login uses Google Identity Services when enabled.
Retention
Job logs are configured for 30 days. Uploaded source media, generated clips and workspace records are retained while the account or workspace uses the service, unless deletion is requested or an operational retention policy removes them sooner.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your account and workspace data by contacting support@wurifypeak.com.
Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Authenticated media links use short-lived query tokens, and regular API requests use bearer tokens. No internet-facing service can be guaranteed risk-free, so reports should be sent to support.
